Shell & Core elevated this villa through a focused interior and outdoor design transformation, turning underutilized areas into refined, functional, and visually distinctive spaces. Inside the living room, the team redesigned a previously dull wall into a sophisticated feature wall with integrated lighting, layered materials, and a stronger architectural identity. The result is a living space that feels warmer, more elegant, and more connected to the overall character of the villa.

The project also extended to the outdoor area, where Shell & Core designed and constructed a compact luxury pool that adds a resort-like quality to the home. Although modest in size, the pool was carefully planned with clean proportions, premium finishes, and a structured layout that enhances the villa’s exterior experience. Together, the interior wall design and outdoor pool transformation created a more complete, luxurious, and lifestyle-driven residential environment.
